EXPERT HANDS TO GUARANTEE PRODUCTS FREE OF VISIBLE DEFECTS

In our finishing department, three operators manually finish the pieces when such finishing cannot be carried out during the production. They use power tools and compressed air tools to fettle the pieces, as well as a series of manual tools for the finishing of holes inside pieces previously processed with CNC machining centres.

Moreover, according to customer requirements, here the finished pieces are:

Stamped and marked with computerised markers connected to our ERP for encoding to guarantee their traceability
Wrapped in protective netting
Protected against atmospheric agents with wax-based oils for railroad and ship transport
Packed in boxes with typical logo or in fumigated crates
