WE CARRY OUT LATHING ACTIVITIES ON TRADITIONAL AND CNC MACHINES

Today, thanks to its synergy with top CNC lathing machine manufacturers, Bebi Meccanica has an important fleet of machinery used for all types of complex lathing processes.

The lathing department is equipped with over 15 state of the art CNC lathe machines with C and Y axes that can carry out drilling, milling and gear cutting processes thanks to the use of motorised tools with power outputs exceeding 15Kw DC.

With a wide range of lathing solutions, Bebi Meccanica takes the time and costs borne by the customer at heart.

We have machines suited to every type of processing. We are provided with powerful lathing centres with mechanical transmission for heavy-duty removal where the contact time is reduced to a minimum, thanks to the high volume of “swarf” removed, in addition to the very fast lathing and milling centres for the production of small and medium-sized batches.

The maximum processing capacities of the CNC lathing department are:
