Our specialised personnel graduates from technical institutes constantly follow in-house and external refresher courses, referring to training plans which are processed every year by the Quality Manager with the support of the best partners.
Training is the key element to disseminate a culture which develops the competences of the diverse professional skills at the company, thus becoming a place where that knowledge can be put into practice.
We have always considered the importance of every member of the workgroup being able to improve on what they have learned, gaining greater experience so as to express professionalism and autonomy in the different levels and phases of the production process.
Our work group consists of specialised workers: lathe operators, mill operators, rectifiers, programmers and warehouse operators. Then the different departments must be considered: quality, CAD/CAM, marketing, purchases, administration and technical.
